1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the BillionJapanese mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Access to BillionJapanese is restricted to currently enrolled students, teachers, and staff of Billion Japanese Academy. Accounts are issued by the academy and are not transferable.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:

• Not share your account credentials with others
• Notify the academy immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Use the app only for its intended educational purposes

The academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be shared or misused.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, download, or distribute course videos, materials, or any other content from the app without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or tamper with the app or its backend systems
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate another student, teacher, or staff member

4. Intellectual Property

All content available through BillionJapanese — including course videos, materials, certificates, and design — is the property of Billion Japanese Academy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content solely for your personal educational purposes as an enrolled academy member.

5. Course Access

Access to course content is subject to your current enrolment status at Billion Japanese Academy. The academy reserves the right to restrict or revoke access at any time, including in cases where fees are outstanding or enrolment has ended.

6. Certificates & Documents

Certificates and digital ID cards issued through the app are official documents of Billion Japanese Academy. Any misuse, forgery, or unauthorised reproduction of these documents is strictly prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

BillionJapanese is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or free from errors. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Billion Japanese Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
